How long does delivery take?

Our delivery timings differ depending on where your purchase is being delivered to. Please note, our shipping times are estimated from the date of dispatch and from time to time, delays may occur. How do I get free shipping?

We offer free UK shipping on all orders above £65. We also offer free shipping worldwide, depending upon the order value and the destination. My free shipping code isn’t working?

First check that the code you’ve used is correctly copied and pasted directly from the email you received the offer in. If you are still having trouble please contact our customer service team on help@weareoi.com.

Can I change my email or shipping address?

We will endeavour to process any requests for a change of delivery address or email prior to dispatch of your order. Please send an email to our customer service team as soon as possible on help@weareoi.com for assistance. Please note, there may be some instances where we cannot change the delivery or email address.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order following your purchase. Please email our customer service team as soon as possible on help@weareoi.com to request an order cancellation. Please note, as we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, in some instances it may be too late to cancel your order. If this is the case, please email our customer service team to arrange a return through our simple returns service.

I haven’t received a confirmation email for my online order yet, what shall I do?

First things first, have a look at your spam/junk folder to make sure your order confirmation hasn’t landed there. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to our customer service team on help@weareoi.com and they’ll be happy to assist!

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Should your order fail to arrive within our expected delivery times, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible on help@weareoi.com for assistance and guidance on what to do.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the email receipt that is sent to you following your purchase. Remember to check your junk mail too!

My tracking number isn’t working, what do I do?

For all orders made using a tracked delivery service, customers should receive an email directly from our delivery partner once the order has been collected and the delivery label has been scanned upon arrival at the delivery partner's depot.

Do you offer student discount on orders?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer any student discount; however, please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to receive updates on special offers and discounts.

How do I track my order?

Following your purchase, our delivery partners will email you directly with details of any tracking information if you have opted for a tracked delivery service. This will allow you to track your order following its collection from our warehouse. Please ensure that the email address you completed your purchase with is correct and please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received emails from our delivery partner.

Do you offer repairs?

Depending on the repair needed, we are happy to offer repair assistance. Please note, our Fashion Production Team will need to assess the repair before agreeing to assist.
