Customs & Import Taxes
As all orders are shipped from within the UK you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery outside of the Europe.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
USA - All orders above US$600 may be subject to import tax. Please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.
Australia - All orders above AUS$1,000 will be subject to import duties. This cost can vary depending on the value of the parcel so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This cost can vary depending on the value of the parcel.
Canada - All orders above CAD$20 will be subject to import tax. Please check with the Canadian Border Services Agency for more information.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to OutsideIn, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you are unsure about customs and import taxes.
