Refunds
If you’d like to return your item(s) for a refund, follow the five easy steps below.
Before you proceed, please note that a refund will negate the ‘Wear One, Share One’ of your initial purchase.
Please also note that in order for a refund to be processed your item(s) must meet the criteria listed under 'Returns Criteria'.
How To Return For Refund:
Step One: Visit Royal Mail.
Start your returns process by clicking the 'Start My Return' button below. This will direct you to Royal Mail's tracked returns for OutsideIn.

Step Two: Add your details.
Enter your details into the Royal Mail online form. To do this you'll need:
- Order ID (Your order confirmation number. This can be found in your emails.).
- Your reason for returning the item (Select one from the drop down menu.).
- Your name, email address and delivery address.
- The weight and size of the parcel you're returning (Unless you’ve bought A LOT of Fleeces and Poms, your order will likely be under 20kg and within the limits!).
Then click ‘CREATE LABEL’.
Step Three: Return method.
Choose how you'd like to return from one of the following options:
Collect from me - Simple and easy from the comfort of your home, you can download and print the label yourself or request the label to be provided when being collected.
Drop off your package - Drop off your return at your nearest Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office or Post Office branch. You can print the label yourself at home or request for Royal Mail to email you a QR code which can be printed at your print-approved drop-off location.
Step Four: Return postage cost.
The cost of returning an item for a refund in the UK is £1.95.
This will be deducted from the total value of the refund you have requested.
If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, please contact help@weareoi.com to receive more info on the cost of your return.
Step Five: Sit back and relax!
Once your parcel has been dropped off or collected, we'll take care of the rest! When we've received your item, we will issue your refund promptly. Please note: This may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you have any questions, simply contact our team on help@weareoi.com!
Exchanges
We’ve made our exchange process as easy as possible for times when things aren’t what you’re looking for.
However please note, we cannot guarantee stock availability so if the item you would like is currently in stock online, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original order for a refund.
First things first, in order for an exchange to be processed our item(s) must meet the criteria listed under 'Returns Criteria'.
How To Return For Exchange:
Step One: Check our Returns Criteria.
Ensure your item(s) meet this before making your return.

Step Two: Package your items.
Package the items you'd like to exchange and as you do, be sure to include a note that details the following:
- Your reason for exchange.
- What you would like to exchange your item(s) for.
- Full name (this must be the name with which you processed your purchase).
- Email address.
- Order number.
Step Three: Pay for your shipping.
We kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item(s) you are returning as well as the new item(s) you have exchanged your order for.

Step Five: Sit back and relax!
Once we've received and approved your return, we will package and send out the items you've requested for exchange promptly.
Keep and eye out for notifications from our delivery partner for when your new order will arrive!
Returns Criteria
Please also note that in order for us to process your refund or exchange your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be unworn and returned in the original state (this includes no snags, splits or stains), with all tags attached.
- You must be able to provide a proof of purchase.
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt. To find out when this is, you should have an email stating when your order was dispatched.
- Socks must not be worn and their packaging must be fully intact.
If your item(s) does not meet the above criteria we may not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.

Didn't purchase your item online?
If you bought your item from our Trademarket store, please return your item at our Trademarket store within 30 days of purchase, ensuring your item meets the returns criteria listed below.
If you purchased your item from one of our festivals, pop-up events or Christmas markets, please return in-store at the event if possible, ensuring your item meets the returns criteria listed below. Alternatively, please follow our online returns and exchange process, ensuring the criteria listed below is met.

When will I get my refund?
Once we have received your item and we are confident it meets our returns criteria, we will issue your refund.

What if the item I want to exchange to is low in stock?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee stock availability so, if the item you would like is currently in-stock online, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original order for a refund.
How do I know my return has been processed?
We begin the return process for exchanges and refunds as soon as we receive and approve your returned item(s). You will be notified when this happens.

Our team is available to help you Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-12pm (excluding public holidays in the UK). We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours of receiving them.
